1. An alarm is triggered.

When your security system detects an intruder or other emergency, it immediately sends a "signal" to FGI Security Inc. Central Monitoring Station. The system is so advanced, that immediately know what "zone" or area of the house has been violated or is under threat.

2. FGI Security, Inc. receives the alarm signal.

Once the signal is received, a trained Central Monitoring Station Professional calls your premises to determine if the alarm was accidentally activated.

3. Dispatch Proper Authorities.

In the event of a real emergency, the Central Monitoring Station Professionals notify Fire, Police or Emergency Authorities. At this time they also place a call to the people on your "Emergency Call List" and inform them of the alarm activity.
